If you must cancel your trip, your cancellation fee will be determined according to the refund timetable below. Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, health, personal emergencies, etc. If you intend to cancel your trip, please notify Black Freedom Outfitters promptly via at (470) 223-2519 or blackfreedomoutfitters@gmail.com.
There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early.
Refund Timetable
+90 days out from the trip: 75% of the fee will be refunded
61-90 days out from trip: 50% of the fee will refunded
31-60 days out from trip: 30% of the fee will be refunded
0-30 days out from trip: 0% of the fee will be refunded
The registration fee is non refundable.
